From the 2001 film, this scene involves a car chase, a hot air balloon and an unsuspecting cow. Mayhem ensues.

12 Tone
This cue, like the western, was also written to a written scene description (this time a horror/suspense film) as opposed to an actual film clip, along with the assignment that the cue be written in the 12-tone style. Some synth effects were added later as well.

War Stories
This was an exercise in scoring under dialogue. The film clip was from a made-for-tv movie called War Stories. The scene was an intense discussion between two journalists.
